What brand is the BBQ?

How many main burners does the BBQ have?

These are located in the bottom of the cook box. (We do not count the side burners or the rotisserie).

Is the BBQ built-in or standalone?

Can the BBQ be easily moved to an appropriate area for cleaning such as the grass or road?

We do not clean BBQs on interlock or decks unless given approval by client. Built-in BBQs cannot be moved. BBQs on balconies cannot be moved.

Is the BBQ only accessible by entering the home?

Is there access to a working outdoor water tap (hose hook up) & electrical outlet?

bbq maintenance disclaimers:

Providing pictures of the BBQ & work area will help get the most accurate quote as fast as possible.
Please ensure there is a working outdoor water tap for a hose connection & electrical outlet. (Without access, the service is subject to a dry cleaning or rescheduling to when these are available).
Please make sure the team has an appropriate area to clean the BBQ.
Please understand that BBQs by nature have parts that rust & wear, & cleaning may uncover some parts that do require replacement such as burners, heat shields, flavour bars, ignitors, etc. (The replacement of these parts, if available & repairable, is at an additional cost.)
Note as well that some rust, carbon, discoloration & other stains may not be remediated by cleaning.
Built-in BBQs may be subject to dry cleaning.
BBQs in apartments/condos/terraces, etc. may be subject to dry cleaning or may not be permitted for service entirely. BBQs on high decks or that are too large to move to an appropriate area may be subject to dry cleaning.
Dry cleaning does not have the same results as the standard cleaning.
Poor weather days will be rescheduled. (Rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.)
The client is responsible for any additional costs for any service including, but not limited to: parking, parts, etc.
We have 3 ARRIVAL time windows available: (9am-12pm, 11am-2pm & 1pm-4pm). We will do our best to accommodate your preferred window, however this is not guaranteed. You will receive your arrival window confirmation the day before your appointment via a reminder email & text message.
We offer rush service to get your BBQ cleaned sooner than scheduled. Our technicians work overtime to try & get this done. The rush fee is $50-$500 reflective of the date the service is needed & availability.
